At Loufinds, we are committed to providing high-quality products. To ensure a fair process for both our customers and our business, please strictly follow the guidelines below for all return, replacement, and refund requests.


1. MANDATORY: The Unboxing Video Rule

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear, unedited Unboxing Video.

The video must follow these strict criteria:

  • Start Before Opening: The video must start with the closed package, showing the shipping label clearly.

  • 360° View: Show all sides of the parcel (top, bottom, and all four edges) to prove it has not been tampered with.

  • Single Take: The video must be a single, continuous clip with no cuts or edits.

  • Full Inspection: Record the entire process of opening the package and inspecting the product for any defects.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If an unboxing video is not provided, or if the video is edited/cut, no refund or replacement will be processed.


2. Damage Reporting Window (24 Hours)

If your product arrives physically damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after the 24-hour window for physical damage will not be accepted.

  • For general returns (non-damage related), you have [2 to 4] days to contact us.


3. How to File a Claim (2-Step Process)

To ensure your request is tracked and processed immediately, you must contact us via both channels:

  1. Email: Send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video to loufinds.co@gmail.com.

  2. WhatsApp: Send the same video and Order ID to +91 9744985076 for faster verification.


4. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: [List any specific items here, e.g., Innerwear, Personal Care, or "Final Sale" items].


5. Refund Method & Timelines

Once your return is received and the unboxing video is verified:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will contact you for your UPI ID or Bank Account details. The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Since Loufinds offers Free Shipping (₹0), you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.


6. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is shipped and a Tracking ID is generated, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refusing a COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future COD purchases at Loufinds.


7. Our Guarantee

We guarantee that you will receive the exact item you ordered. If there is any verified issue with your product (supported by your unboxing video), we will replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
